Suspension of the Bylaws
Any provision of the Bylaws may be suspended in connection with the consideration of a matter before the Board by a majority vote of the members of the Board.
Student Regent
The student regent shall excuse himself or herself from participating in or voting on matters relating to the hiring, discipline, or tenure of faculty members and personnel per RCW 28B.30.100.
